The way the amount was explained was I receive a service, send in the receipt and get reimbursed. I was only able to use $300 of the set aside amount because it was only available for 90 days and it took more then 60 days to receive reimbursement. Despite my following up several times and constantly being dismissed. I am seeking the remaining set aside amount as a form of payment so I can continue to work through the pain from the accident.

That was at 9:45. I receive a call from the office at 3pm that Jack is still in meetings and we already transferred your stuff over to the new office.
