Cripple Claw (Trish) messes up everything she works on and then her and Dominica are extremely disrespectful when you ask them to fix it. Howard never seems to be around and let's Cripple Claw and Dominica just do whatever they want. Things happen in the office and it seems like Howard never hears about it. And if he does hear about it, he does nothing about it, or try and fix the problem or try to make things right. Recently switched agents after 4 years of constant mistake/mess ups. Was told by my new agent that I've been overpaying for my insurance for several years, due to being charged under insured rates on all (4) of our vehicles, multiple line discounts left off policies, address incorrect even (after I personally went into the office to change). Mistakes is how this office is ran. Don't like paying (monetarily) for someones else's mistake/ineptitude/laziness. Don't walk from this office/agent RUN!!!
