I had a gift certificate of 40.00 towards a service ,that I was given as a gift to me on June 19,2025. ( THIS YEAR ) I WAS TOLD, NO GIFT CERTIFICATE NOT ACCEPTED. I could not believe my ears. New mgmt would not want to build customers , long time happy nail customer. It wasn't like the pedicure would have been free. YOU do the right thing here, honor all certificates that are out there, that builds trust. So Happy Nails lost me as a loyal customer, and my friend. I also spread the word to friends how I was treated. UNBELIEVABLE,NOT HONORING a certificate. Really UNACCEPTABLE .. STILL SHOCKED. I selected the $35 level pedi. When i left they tell me the total is $50. I asked why. They said $15 upcharge for gel nail polish !!! Which BTW, is all they offer. But never any mention about the upcharge. I hate that! Just be honest with the price. I will not be returning.

I also asked for a cat eye, but the result looked more like regular glitter nail polish. The magnetic cat eye effect was not done correctly and didn't have the dimensional look it should. I'm really particular about my nails and was hoping for a better experience. I wish more care had been taken with the removal process and with achieving the cat eye effect I requested. Update: I just want to update the gel polish that was used is peeling off after five days. The nails I had done in Florida were going four weeks, I have never had such a horrible experience.

He was very rough cutting my cuticles, told me to relax. When I sat down in the chair for my mani my toe bumped the pedal he had on my side of the table. It was literally in the way & he caught an attitude! Told me to be careful! He then redid the nail and didn't but a basecoat back on or top coat!! 2 people have come in and left.. only 2 people working on a Sunday. I won't be returning.
