We made an appointment ahead of time for two pedicures in the middle of the day. The person I was…read morewith had her service done by who she regularly sees there. But I was very obviously a learning experience for the new person. The first few minutes they literally just filed my wet toenails into all different shapes even though I said I wanted French tip. I looked around and saw a few other workers just hanging around, I was going to ask for someone more experienced but I figured he HAD to be good enough if they gave me him for my service. Fast forward about 20 minutes later my toenail cuticles were not tended to, same thing with any dead skin around my toenail. (gross but let's be for real here, it's part of the service.) As he's painting my toes he's trying to cut and fix my now dry cuticles. Attempting to salvage this experience I guess, wiping stuff off and then recurring my nails, there was 0 method. I had to actually say something about the shape of my toenail once he had "finished" the French tip. It was not even on either side and I was not looking to walk around like that for a month when I could've done a better job myself at that point. Another worker had to redo all of my French tips, and fixed most of the previous mistakes so it was like having a second pedicure. This is all while the person I'm with is finished up just waiting for me. I really do not strive to be difficult but in this economy, going out for a pedicure is a treat and it didn't feel like that. I felt my service was very rushed through and a half ass job. Even tho I came in asking for the same service as who I was with, I definitely did not receive the same attention and care. I didn't even get a hot towel or a half ass foot rub with lotion. I was charged full price but given two small lotions as maybe an apology???? Moral of the story, don't put someone in your store to work that isn't able to execute consistent and quality work. I assume it was the owner I was next to who was just watching TV while all of this happened. I, as a customer, shouldn't feel the need to correct the person doing my service. Being put in a situation where I felt less than important definitely affected the overall experience for me. A pedicure should be a luxury, not a learning experience. This place simply isn't what it used to be. Also it smelled like someone was making ramen noodles in the back and it was gross.

I didn't have to wait at all, Ricky got right to work and made all my nail dreams come true with the length, color and design so beautiful and perfectly done! He educated me as well on other kinds of services i didn't even know existed, for down the road, and I can't wait to try the gel builder he explained to me! Went to get pedicures with my 5-year-old daughter. The woman nail tech doing my daughters feet was…read morebeing extremely rude. She started to yell and get violent. It scared my daughter and me. I wanted to leave. I told the staff i couldnt believe how she was acting. Someone else came to take over my daughers pedicure. They told me the woman was just having a bad day and wouldn't charge for my daughters' feet. That was the only thing that kept us there because i was about to leave. It wasn't a good atmosphere the whole time. the lady kept angrily staring at us from the back and walking around. THEN they ended up charging me half price for my daughter's pedicure. I was so upset i just wanted to get out of there. We have never been back and i used to go all the time for my nails. They ruined my daughters first experience. Extremely sad.

The young male nail tech cut both of my thumbs when filing them. They are super sore and in just over 24 hours my left great toe is red and throbbing. There is a small cut in the skin just adjacent to the nail, it is draining pus, and the skin is red and puffy = cellulitis a bacterial infection. I will not return. It probably depends on who your nail tech is, but mine was very aggressive with his filing.

I used to genuinely enjoy coming here after work whenever I got out early enough. The staff was…read morealways friendly, the customer service was excellent, and they consistently did a beautiful job on my nails. That's what made me a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the salon has changed, and not for the better. The increasing emphasis on strict appointment policies and the lack of flexibility have completely changed the customer experience. While I understand that every business has the right to set its policies, customer service should never take a back seat. I believe loyal, repeat customers should be appreciated, not made to feel like an inconvenience. I have my pedicures done regularly, always choose the highest-tier gel pedicure, and I tip generously because I value good service. When that level of loyalty is no longer reciprocated, it's time to take my business elsewhere. Sadly, that's exactly what I'll be doing. I won't be returning, and I'll be finding a new salon that values its regular customers as much as I value the businesses I choose to support. Losing loyal customers over poor customer service is never a good business decision, and unfortunately, that's exactly what has happened here.
