I requested A Monday appointment and was told that he's not in that office on Mondays. Thus, I was given an appointment on Thursday. A few minutes later, I get an email confirmation for my appointment, however, it was with his NURSE PRACTITIONER! I replied that I wanted to see the DOCTOR, as I left my former Rheumatologist because he had moved to Costa Rica and left his NURSE PRACTITIONER to handle his patients. Following my reply, I recieved a phone call from Dr. Barron's office. The woman explained that I could NOT see the doctor because he does NOT see patients in the Delray office! When I requested the appointment, I explained about my previous doctor and his move to Costa Rica. How is it possible that this woman was sending me to another nurse and NOT the doctor? I wonder if the insurance companies know that they are paying nurses for doing the doctor's jobs...I wonder if they even care! Wish that I had an assistant to whom I could turn over my students, before I retired from teaching...I would never have retired. This country is so very broken, everyone seems to have a DEAL, except me! PS~ Please note the years in which the "good" reviews were written...Long before the shenanigans began!

Dr Barron himself is extremely adept at accessing everything thats going on with me and is very good at diagnosing and proscribing treatment. He take copious amounts of notes and really is good at tracking progress. His staff are all completely professional and his PA is one of the nicest people you will ever want to meet. After trouble getting my Rx assistance, she went above and beyond to advocate for me. I cant put into words how much that means when you are looking for treatment for a debilitating disease.

I continued as a patient of Dr. Lipari's after his practice…read more changed to Concierge. It is well worth the cost. People - actual staff - always answer the phone by the first or second ring. ALL requests are immediately and efficiently handled. The physician returns phone calls promptly and staff members get me instant answers to questions. The office is immaculately clean as well as beautifully and comfortably appointed. The staff is pleasant, professional and highly competent. Few physicians realize how much damage an inept staff does to their reputation and thus their income. The Office Manager, Joe, is simply amazing, I am ashamed to say that, if I still owned my business, I would try to hire him. I have some difficult health issues and have received the best and most conscientious care possible. Dr. Lipari correctly adjusted my medications when I first became his patient and recently took excellent care of me through two bouts of Covid and a complicated and not overly successful hip replacement resulting in painful bed sores. He is available 24/7 and watches every detail of my health issues. He is likable, compassionate, professional and never arrogant, a not uncommon trait in many competent and highly respected physicians. An average appointment is an hour and he is never rushed. Dr. DaSilva specializes in migraine treatment. Dr. Silva has led me through so many different types of treatments, literally trying almost every medication available, tirelessly helping me through cycles of seeing what did and didn't work, different combinations, etc. With his care and assistance, we have finally figure out something that works, and now I go in every 3 months to receive injections, a very quick procedure which is always pleasant due to Dr. DaSilva's upbeat, optimistic demeanor and manner. Chatting with him during the injections is a great distraction from the procedure itself! Thanks to the efficient, friendly front desk staff who get me in and out so quickly. Thanks for showing the food network in the waiting room tvs, where there is usually ample space for everyone to sit. The chairs are comfortable, old-school style, with little tables placed here and there to put your stuff down.
