My office experience with Ross Cohen was horrible/not good. First, I had to wait about an hour after my scheduled appointment to see him. When I eventually saw him, in response to his recommendations for my further treatment and appointments, I simply asked a few questions. Without hesitation, and with a frown on his face, he responded in a belligerent, rude, disrespectful, nasty, and not willing to listen manner. He acted like he wanted to attack me for asking questions about my own health! He should be glad he did not. His behavior was NOT acceptable! read more

Ross Cohen is a sub par human and even worse doctor. I saw him once and he gave me about 4 minutes of his time and then said there is no reason for you to come back to this office. He billed my insurance and did nothing. Find another doctor this guy is a joke. read more

I am a translator who took my client to him because they have had problems with urinary symptoms for a while. Dr. Cohen was not the original Dr. for my client, but that shouldn't matter. Dr. Cohen asked what was the reason for the visit, I told him my client had been to another urologist had a urologic surgery procedure done twice and it didn't help. We came here to get a second opinion and get help. Dr. Cohen promised to review the other urologist notes and then his recommendation was to go back to him. Considering what qualifications supposedly Dr. Cohen has, we were shocked that he didn't want to review the notes and then continue to try and help my client. A good doctor would not only listen to patient concerns and give recommendations, they would take the person as a patient and be willing to fix other doctors mistakes or continue where the patient was left off from other doctor. Maybe if Dr. Cohen was the original doctor things would be different, but if you are going to him for a second opinion don't expect much from him and don't expect him to have you come for a follow up. The attitude is not my patient not my problem go back to the original doctor. Maybe the patient doesn't want to go to the original doctor because they feel they are not getting the care or treatment they want because they don't trust the doctor. A patient should be allowed to change doctors when they want and have the new doctor help without any issues. read more

I have seen many urologists over the last 34 years and Dr Ross Cohen is terrible. His fees are astronomical and he is totally over charging. A first consult visit was close to $600 and he was there about 5 minutes. He insists you do unneccessary tests to get more of your money. The one test he gave me, he was suppose to take a tissue sample, however, I highly dought he did. I have had that same test recently again and I know now there is no way he could have done the test properly. To do the test correclty I would have felt something and it would have taken much longer. In the end he couldn't do anything but tell me to call him if I go to the ER. Since then I have seen a Great Urologist and he is actually treating me for my condition and getting very good results. Avoid this doctor, for he is more concerned about $ than his patients. If you have seen this doctor, ask for an audit of your account and turn it over to your insurance company. read more

Dr Ross Cohen is a. Urologist. A recent experience with his elderly nurse was appalling. While she was drawing blood from a male friend of mine name Mark C, he asked her " is it in yet" meaning the needle, to which she replied in my presence " that's what she asks". I was astounded bearing on mind the type of work she does. My e.m of complaint to the Doctor was never acknowledged, which indicated inappropriate comments by a staff member is perfectly acceptable.
