Here's the deal. Great locally owned & fair business. Scott always trying to accommodate and offers local oil changes at discount.

A few days later, I was running late to my appointment and called to reschedule. However, I learned through that phone call that they did not have my tires in stock but they had a different brand that they could install that day. Yes, 5 minutes before my appointment I was informed they did not have the tires I reserved. Upon arriving at the store, they clarified that the Continental VikingContact 8's I wanted had a $180 freight charge that I would have to pay if I still wanted them, and that they'd have to install it another day. They then suggested their other snow tires, the Blackhawk Ice Prey's, to put on my car that day. During my search for tires in previous weeks, I did not once come across the brand Blackhawk at my local tire stores. Even Mavis's own website does not have these tires. Upon doing some quick research in their store, reviews noted the tires were a budget tire and performed as such. The price at Mavis would've been barely cheaper than the more premium ones I had reserved without the freight charge. Other websites had the Ice Prey's cheaper than Mavis by over $70/tire. Overall disappointed at the lack of communication and the up charged pricing on the budget tires they were trying to sell me. At least their staff were kind and explained the situation to me when I got in the store. They also were understanding that I did not want to pay the price of premium tires for budget tires. Definitely do your research.

Don't bring your car here…read more We had our Nissan Rogue in for major front-end work starting on Friday morning. The repair itself was large, and we understood that -- but the communication throughout the 6-day process was extremely poor. We received very few updates unless we reached out, and when we asked about a loaner we were only offered a paid rental (first at $30/day, then "discounted" to $20/day). For almost a week without a car, no complimentary accommodations were offered. At one point I was told the repair couldn't be completed because our service advisor was out for a day and she was the only person who could finish the paperwork. The repair itself seems fine now that we finally have the car back, but the customer service and communication were way below expectations, especially for a multi-day, nearly $4,000 repair. Hopefully management improves the process for future customers.

This rogue has a governor on the accelerator, so you can't go too fast really quickly. I do not speed around or beat up my car. I drive for amazon. After 20,000 miles, my factory tires are not even 14 months old after purchase. I need new tires already. I spoke to my sales rep, the service rep, and the service manager. They told me there was no warranty on the factory tires and told me to call consumer affairs for nissan. I shouldn't have to do this on a brand new car. The bottom line is if you're going to buy a car here, I guess you should be expecting them to take advantage of you, because that's how I feel about my experience. Needless to say, I won't be buying another vehicle here after feeling like this. It's ridiculous to need new tires and spending 1,000 dollars on tires after 1 year on a brand new car and only 20,000 miles. Nissan was aware of this situation being a problem and them giving you poor tires on new factory tires. Unfortunately, they pretty much told me that was my problem. I had a great experience with my sales re the woman that sold me the car "Rhee". When I purchased the vehicle, everything was smooth and enjoyable and also a fast experience. So that made me comfortable with Nissan and was hoping to build a relationship here for future purchases. Unfortunately, this tire experience has changed my thoughts. If they are willing to practice poor standards on tires service knowing this, then what else would they be willing to not stand behind?
