Interesting to me that she stares that "he is a good mechanic" and that he worked with her on payments but still trashed the business in her review! Enough of that. I was disappointed with my experience. I called because I wanted a professional opinion on whether my brakes actually needed to be replaced. During the phone conversation, I was not informed that there would be a $50 inspection fee just for looking at the vehicle. After inspecting my car, I was quoted approximately $1,500 for pads and rotors on all four wheels. Since that was a significant expense, I wanted to get a second opinion before committing to the repair. At that point, I was told I owed $50 for the inspection. My frustration is not with charging a diagnostic fee itself, but with the fact that it was never discussed beforehand. Had I been informed of the fee when I scheduled the appointment, I could have made an informed decision. Transparency about costs upfront is important, and unfortunately that was missing from my experience. read more

This is the second time, two different vehicles, (1 truck, 1 car) that I had John's team replace an engine for me. BOTH times it went smoothly, fast, and accurate installation. I will begin by saying I rarely give out this bad of a review and this should tell you something. I'll start with the only two Positives John and ACC has going for him: he does try to fit you in ASAP and he is a little cheaper than others. I'm also not saying he's a bad mechanic but his customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. The only reason I went to him was his wife, we had a falling out. He has hung up on me not once but twice, sworn at me, cursed at am and insulted my family. Said he would talk to my brother in law (who is a cop) then refused to. This guy has no customer service and needs to learn it to run his own business. There are much better places in the area and I'm a lot happier leaving and going near bye. Also had to fix my car twice in one week when I didn't have money he said no problem pay me when you get paid(happened before and I've never not paid him a bill). He decides I wouldn't pay him so didn't have a car for week. Like I said he needs to learn customer relations and he's going to loose a lot of business. read more

John did my Exhaust Manifolds and left one broken bolt in and he used reg bolts "that are not made for this kind of engine heat" instead of Manifold bolts He did not tell me this and he filled parts of the manifolds with some kinda putty so my truck would sound ok but a few weeks later my Exhaust Manifolds started to get loud I tried to talk to him about this problem and he will not return my calls I paid full price for this repair and I got nothing in return.I am very unhappy with this repair shop.I since had this mess repaired by another shop and now it is repaired proper. read more

I brought my wife's Mazda in for a tire repair from a screw puncture. Turns out that after 25k all the tires were either almost bald or full of dry rot. The car has one year left on a three year lease, so we didn't want to spend a lot on tires. John found an inexpensive tire and changed all four tires. We ran into a problem because the first set of tires had a loud road noise. However, John was able to get a new brand of tires warranteed from his supplier. We called at 8am and John was there (they don't open until 9), we towed my car there by 9 had a diagnosis for this issue by noon and John was a rockstar and got my car fixed by 3pm. Highly recommend!
