Once Paul arrived the cost tripled from what the guy on the phone quoted me. He attempted to charge me $700 to replace the torsion springs. The other places quoted me HALF that price over the phone and one in person. Their labor prices are out of control (it took less than 30 mins to install new springs). Sure they are urgent, but their integrity is awful. Talked to the owner who stated they have zero structure to support how they determine their labor costs. They determine based on the customer. Single mom, no man in the house, desperate for garage repairs = $700! Owner was extremely rude and demanding. Beware and shop around. A lot of companies will come out and give you a free quote without charging you an extra $40.
