I was sucked in by the Living Social deal and desperate to get a good scrubbing of my bathrooms…read more(all 3 of them). Don't get grossed out, I clean, but you know that scrubby clean that can only come from a cleaning lady? I was craving that. So I called and gave them a time and was good to go. Imagine my surprise when I got an email giving me a 4 hour window for their arrival! They were good about changing my window, but why did I have to get one? They had my address and knew how long someone would be at my house. So that was an unpleasant surprise. I did get a call when she was on her way and I appreciated that. She arrived during the last 15 minutes of my 4 hour window. I showed her my bathrooms and told her that I had other things to do when she finished. She only finished the bathrooms. I showed her the vacuum to vacuum my area rugs, but she didn't use it. I also noticed that the doors and pictures in my bathroom were not dusted. She also didn't mop the floor. She didn't bring in any bucket or mop. She used a squirt bottle to spray the floor and wipe it. I don't like that. So my bathrooms are clean, but I think I do a better job and won't use this service again.

bought a living social for this service and it failed miserably…read more. Tried to schedule our apt. 3 different times. The first 2 times, they blew us off completely with no call/no heads up. The third time, we scheduled the first apt of the day so we can try to get it in before their day fills up. Our apt time was supposed to be 8-12. Finally at 12pm we called to see what was up. Once we finally got a hold of someone, they said that they were hoping to make it by 4pm. Needless to say, we had to take the initiative of calling in order to find out why they were late, not showing up, etc. because they wouldn't call us. I can understand that these living social deals and groupons can be overwhelming on a business, but that's not my problem.. it's not hard to pick up the phone to call someone if you're running late or won't be able to make it. Next time, figure your shit out ahead of time before you take on one of these living social deals.. thanks for nothing.
