I had such high hopes to work with this company after several exchanges via text with the owner, John, but I was horribly disappointed. We had scheduled a standard house cleaning for the day before Thanksgiving for $125, and added carpet cleaning for 3 rooms, stairs, and an area rug for $165. John was very responsive to my questions leading up to the appointment; however, the day of the appointment is when everything went downhill. I received a text in the morning stating his carpet machine broke at another job and he would have to cancel our carpet cleaning until the machine got fixed, which would take a few days. As bummed as I was, I found solace in the fact that we would still be getting the house cleaned in time for a big family party the following day. We confirmed our 4 pm appointment and everything seemed fine. Around 4:30 pm, when no one showed up, I texted John and he responded that he was stuck in traffic on the interstate and can we reschedule. I told him no, we could not because we had a party the next day and I'm 6 months pregnant and unable to clean the house last minute by myself. I told John I was fine with waiting for him, as long as it takes, but please follow through with his commitment. He said OK and told me he would keep me updated on his ETA. FIVE hours went by!!! I texted / called every hour or so to get an update, but John ignored me. He never said he would not come, and being the optimist that I am, I held onto my belief that he would show up. I had sent my kids and husband out in order to have the house free for the cleaners to work undisturbed. Our entire day was planned around this appointment. At 9 pm, I realized he was not coming and told my family to come home. I stayed up until 3 am cleaning the first level of my home, and my husband spent Thanksgiving morning cleaning all the bathrooms and vacuuming. Not how we had envisioned to spend our Thanksgiving. John never apologized for missing our cleaning, never reached out to make things right. For a small business owner to act in this manner with a new customer, I just can't imagine how they're still in business. After sitting empty for several years, we decided to sell one of our homes. During those several years, and arguably the years before, the house hadn't experienced any thorough cleaning. We were going to be in town for only a few days and reached out to several cleaning businesses to see if they would be able to attend to the home on such short notice. Elite Cleaning reached out promptly, met us a few days later, and were in the home within a week. Their price was more than fair for the amount of work, which was spectacular. While we weren't in town while they cleaned, they called to let us know when they arrived and left the property and sent us pictures of the items cleaned. Don't. Just don't. Horribly unprofessional. They do a decent job cleaning but cancel minutes before they are due to arrive CONSTANTLY!!! If you don't mind this then go for it. For me it was extremely inconvenient, when they would come I'd prepare the house, make sure everything was picked up so they can just come in and clean. Would leave with my 3 kids and dog to be out of their way. Then I'd be driving and get the message that their not coming for whatever BS reason. I'm done. read more

Elite cleaned a house we bought that was extremely dirty with walls, ceilings and floors covered with nicotine, animal urine and whatever else. The smell was unbearable. It was not a homeowner type cleaning job. They used commercial cleaners and spent days cleaning it thoroughly as they quoted and agreed. We couldn't believe the results. Incredible the difference it made. Walls and ceilings have no signs of anything but clean paint. Floors clean and smell is bearable now.
