Then they came to measure and the measurements of the rooms and closets were inflated significantly. Further, upon consulting Reddit , I was able to find a simple way to remove the stains so we do not in fact have to replace the carpeting in the entire house. Also the estimate was higher than others we received. We had used RM regularly for cleaning but they have lost my trust and respect in this experience.
