The seller's reps(their attorney was also incompetent and bears shared responsibility) performed so poorly/unethically that the seller ended up getting sued by multiple parties, and there was talk of filing an ethics complaint against the Century 21 KRM agent. Avoid them at all costs- I would even go so far as not to view their listings if you are a buyer. Update- At least one of the recently added five star reviews is almost certainly fake, likely they both are. Like I said, Century 21 is not known for its scruples.
