He said yes he could so we provided him with the year make and model as well as the VIN number and scheduled the appointment with him. We contacted him again couple of days prior to our appointment to confirm he can get it done and he told us as long as we get the vehicle to him by 9am on the day of our appointment. Today was our appointment and we had the car at his business by 8 and again they reassured us it will be fixed by end of business today. So since we had the owners assurance that it would be fixed today, we turned in our rental car. We didn't get any updates so we called in the afternoon and was told there was a mistake and they didn't have our windshield and someone was supposed to have called us but they forgot. Now I understand they are busy but don't make promises if you can't keep them, especially if you're the owner!
