One thing I cannot understand is how they can remember me from one appointment to the next. I do regular 6 month checkups and never need anything more, yet the receptionists know me when I walk in. The hygienist knows me, remembers my interests and my employer, etc. I don't know how they do it, but it makes the experience even better. Since I had a full exam within the last 3 years, my insurance wouldn't cover it fully and it cost me $118 for the visit. I'm not upset about this because it makes sense that as a new patient, I would need to establish care and get a full examination. Just make sure to check with your insurance if they will cover a full exam so there aren't any surprises. I only had to wait 10 minutes before being called back by the dental hygienist. She was very kind and explained everything before she did it. She had a soft hand as well. When she was done with my cleaning, I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. As a patient with minimal dental issues, I had zero complaints about my appointment as a new patient.

My visit was for a "second opinion" Dr. Silva "saved" My tooth and enabled Me to be able to get a crown, instead of having it pulled which was the recommendation of My old dentist. They treat you like a friend or family here from the moment You walk in! Staff was extremely attentive and highly skilled.
