The support staff have been so wonderful and easy to work with, however, the dentist seem to have decent turnover. The office appears clean and welcoming for kids. The only complaint I have is the scheduling. Every time I schedule, we get called that week to reschedule due to conflicts with the doctor.

As a matter of fact, my whole family has been coming here and we have never had an experience as the one listed. I'm not saying it didn't happen, because I don't know, but I'm sure they haven't built their business with such treatment. I'm not excited to go to the dentist, but they always take good care of me. My dentist is Dr. Rizzuti and I am lucky my mom found him many years ago. He helps me relax and takes very good care of me, especially when I was going through my broken jaw experience. It was by no means fun, but it was bearable. I've had my fair share of dental experiences since I broke my jaw. I have had 8 or 9 root canals and they all went well and I know everyone has a different response to root canals. My friends face swelled up, but it has never happened to me, I guess I'm lucky in a way. I have had a couple fillings and lots of cleanings. The hygienists can be hit or miss. They have the hardest job, but some are nicer than others is all I'm saying. I guess it's hard to clean teeth and be super gentle especially if you don't come in every 6 months as suggested. It's a bad habit I've gotten into. Since I don't have dental insurance I have to pay upfront or set up a payment plan. If you pay in full you get a 10% discount which is really nice. The ladies at the counter where you pay are so nice and helpful. My mom comes here a lot and the ladies remember me and who my mom is. I haven't gone to the dentist with my mom in I don't know how long, but they always remember. That is a nice touch.

The absolute worst dentist I have gotten work done with. Charges down payments per visit even with full coverage insurance, certain characteristics similar to hooters are required upon hire. I have never felt the need to leave a negative review like this until I did business with this dude.. She was hesitant in the beginning but everyone was able to get her super comfortable by showing her all the cool tools they use. Hygienist Amanda and Dr. Blalock were so gentle with her and didn't push her to do anything she didn't want to do. I am so grateful. She had such an amazing time, I couldn't be more proud of my baby girl. Normally before I decide to go somewhere, I look at reviews. I had moved to St. Peters from California. And since it's been nearly two years that I've gone to a dentist, good reviews are a big deal. I found Cardinal Dental through Google and saw their Facebooks reviews were great. But their Yelp? Not so much. And I don't understand why. This place is great! It's super nice on the inside and the staff are so kind and welcoming. Theres music playing throughout the office which I thought was a nice touch. Due to childhood trauma, I absolutely can't stand going to get dental work. It terrifies me. But Hygienist Amanda was so amazing. She was gentle and completely reassuring. And doesn't make any awkward conversations. I really appreciate how she was able to get me comfortable during my cleaning. In fact, I trust her so much that I scheduled an appointment for my 2 year old and even my husband, who rarely goes to the dentist voluntarily. So it's safe to say this place isn't all that bad. I would definitely recommend it. And if you have any questions regarding billing, make sure you ask. They'll gladly answer any question as they have with the dozens of questions I asked lol.
