I've emailed them more than once on this issue, originally just asking for an update on when my order would be shipped. I have received no response whatsoever, yet they post on their instagram dozens of times a day on their story. The email I have been contacting is the exact email that is associated with their confirmation emails when you place an order, it is not a no reply email. It even says in the confirmation email to contact it or reply with any questions. So either that's a lie and no one monitors the email, or they're flat out ignoring my concerns over my order that I paid for. Either way, I am extremely disappointed. Examples like these are what make it harder to support certain small businesses over major corporations.

Can't remember her name, but she was tiny, cute and really wanted to help me. I told her I was looking for something for my daughter's surprised engagement for myself. We actually ended up picking something out for her. I went back the next day and bought the dress. She was so invested in the story of the engagement and said for my daughter to come in at some point so she could meet her. She gave me the best service I have had in a long time.
