He brought two workers with him that didn't know what they were doing and one smelled like a brewery. They came in and out of my house leaving the balcony doors wide open, destroyed my curtains, getting the whole house filled with concrete dust, almost killing my bird. The one worker had no clue how to remove the tiles and almost cut off his fingers. Mr. Deblauwe could not put the hurricane shutters back on my townhouse and put tons of holes in my structure. I ended up having to hire a shutter company to reinstall them. Mr. Deblauwe gave me, my HOA and the village building department my contract stating that he was using concrete to resurface my balconies. This was a lie! My balcony floors are cracking into pieces and lifting up exposing rebar which is going to cause structural issues to my whole home. Mr. DeBlauwe admitted to me when I showed him how it all was cracking and popping up that he never used concrete, but some kind of patch material and that he would come back in 2 days to redo the job. Another lie because he won't fix the negligent job he did and my balcony floors are crumbling! He has also changed the name of his business several times!

This company promised to install a, per code, culvert with proper piping and proper asphalt. Turns out Indian Trail riped out entire culvert. Incorrect pipe diameter, incorrect depth, in correct asphalt application. When owner, Rob Orr and his son Joseph where contacted and I requested that they correct to code, they ghosted me. They are also unlicensed to perform any work. They use other company names.

After a brief phone call they told me they would email me so I could send some photos and they would work up a virtual quote. After a few days and no email I decided to reach out, an email finally came. I attached my photos and the specifics of the job. Meanwhile I had received a couple on site visits and quotes from other concrete contractors in the area. A couple weeks later I finally received my quote and it was about 5 times more than the other quotes I received. It's hard to say if that is how much they charge or if they just increased the price because they didn't want the job. Regardless, by the time I received the quote the job was already completed at a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of their work because we never made it that far.
