The owner (Jim) came out to my home in Fairview Park, took a look at the points of concern, and took notes. Within a day, I received a very reasonable estimate, expressed my intent to move forward, and had a date scheduled for the work ~2 weeks later. I am pretty detail-oriented and had some concerns with the initial work that was done. Jim personally stopped out to inspect what was done, and handled the additional work himself to my content. He took out a wall, repaired plaster cracks and joints and skim coated all of the walls on the first floor. The walls came out perfect.
