Numerous window coil springs/balances break everytime I try to tilt them out to clean the windows. The part that breaks is cheaply made. And You have to silicone the frames so they open smoothly.

After…read morepaying a large sum of money and accepting 7-10 week project now will be 16 week This is is For 2 doors install - ridiculous I was told that my installer had an emergency like they only have one in my area, then it's was we can move you up but another call we didn't realize the doors aren't won't be in but still can get in around same then then it was sorry an additional 4 weeks So was the installer or doors not in doesn't make sense and feels a little dishonest. I get things happen but 4 different calls and 4 different excuses disappointed feel like nothing but the run around- emailed my sales person but haven't heard back either.
