The tellers remember things I mention when making small talk. They remember my preferences and are above all pretty great people. To be honest, I don't do complicated things when I go to the bank, I haven't applied for a loan (will update when I do this...soon) or have multiple accounts. I just simply deposit and withdrawal about once or twice a week. It's never a headache and I actually enjoy walking into the bank.

The longest I've ever seen the line, indoors or drive through window, is 2 people long. The wait is very short if not immediate. The staff is friendly and helpful even for someone like me that never has a deposit slip completed. I'm sure that must be annoying for them but you'd never know it because they are ready and happy to help me out. This branch truly has the small, community bank vibe that most other large banks only drool over in their commercials and PR campaigns.

Would not communicate with me in any format. Demanded that we add to that one account or they would send ALL our account balances to the State as unclaimed funds of decedents. With my busy schedule I usually use this location because it is open until 7 pm. We arrived around 625 pm to open an account for my son. Tony. the personal banker, was with another customer so we patiently waited. By the time he was done with that customer it was 10 minutes before closing. He was kind enough to stay late, take care of us, get everything set-up and explained everything to my son. This was important since this is my son's first bank account. I compliment him for for providing good customer service to myself and especially, my son.

Overdrawing $13 dollars and was charged with over $300 in overdraft fee's. I know the mistake was mine but $300 dollars in fee's is ridiculous . I've read other reviews about 5/3rd where customers were charged over $600. I will never do business with 5/3rd ever again. I'm closing my account immediately after my direct deposits are complete. Fee's of that expressiveness should never be allowed. WARNING Do not open a 5/3rd bank account unless your desperate. They will smile at the counter and steal your money!!!!!!!!
