With the help of Joe Randazzo, I was able to locate lights seen at previous places but with a 1/3 discount. Although I was unable to locate the lights in the showroom, Joe walked me to the exact location to see them in person. I have dealt with Joe on numerous occasions and I am still stunned at the amount of knowledge he possesses. Maybe that has to do with the 30 years he has been in this business. The selection is very nice of higher end and larger 24inches in height exterior lighting. Now the place could be neater and cleaned up but the selection makes up for it. The layout is perfect with interior, exterior, etc organized and laid out so you can see them. What I appreciated more was they had the larger pieces 24" or larger also displayed so you have an idea of the difference between smaller exterior lights and larger ones. Our sales guy was nice and knowledgeable but should up his wardrobe to look more professional and not some street guy from Portland, OR selling wood carved fish...I know because I had reps in OR...Nice guy...The other sales person was female and dressed very business casual which is more appropriate. No stars off because this guy knew his stuff and it was a weekend...Regardless, improve the look. Good place for lights. Higher end but if you just bought a $15k+ dual door why would I want $200 lights to go beside it? Definitely the place to go for lighting that is not cookie cutter and plain.

After being put on hold, someone got back on the line and said they would call me back shortly. After 3 hours, I called back since no one called me back--I was told that David (salesperson who took our order) was on the phone and would call me back as soon as he got off. Needless to say, here it is over a week, and no call back--quite some phone call David must had been on . . . This place has lost all its creditability with me!

The emphasis here is on made in India and China furniture and furnishings -- with a decent selection of kitchenware and gadgets. No clothes, jewelry, shoes or fancy foodstuffs in this iteration of the ever evolving chain of stores owned by TJX. Homesense improves on the chaotic and frenetic merchandising practices of its relatives. In other words -- you will find the aisles logically organized with more limited and better curated selections. If you are looking for that odd off price piece -- like a sofa, chair, table, love seat, carpet or new china, this place is worth a look. As with all the other TJX retail stores, you are buying "off the floor" which means that the stuff has been sat in, handled, returned, jostled about, dinged, etc. -- so inspect carefully before buying -- especially with the higher priced furniture and carpets. Top Tip: Shares a parking lot with Trader Joe's -- which means PACKED on Saturdays. Best shopping experience is early or late -- midweek.

From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.
