Flat tire less after than 60 miles. Don't get your bike serviced here.

The damage was a slide on the inside of the tube because the installer didn't place the inside rubber band properly and over the metal spokes. It's inconceivable how this was anything other than installer negligence. And yet as a business you did nothing but say "sorry about your luck". It occurred soon after I left your shop with a brand new tire/tube. Me and my wife were in danger because of it. Nope, no excuse whatsoever. There should have been a remedy. I hope others read this and take heed.

No longer an Indian motorcycle dealership!!!

Purchased my Indian Roadmaster from William Starkey and he informed me that they won't do warranty work because they have lost their Polaris dealer credentials. Do not buy anything from this business. Polaris customer service has also advised me to go somewhere else if that tells you anything!

Me with my new bike and my brother with his.

I had such an amazing experience at FlatOut over the weekend. FlatOut is usually super busy with only two sales staff. I went Friday morning in hopes of finding the perfect bike to start learning on. We were able to walk around a minute before a sales staff approached us asking if we needed help. The salesman that ended up helping us was David. He listened to our concerns and lead us into the right direction with what we were wanting and the price range. He was super easy to talk and relate to. He also didn't pressure us to buy anything right away. With someone who has severe social anxiety, he was able to make all parties included very comfortable and laugh like we were all buddies. I highly recommend David when going to FlatOut. We ended up leaving with two of our very own bikes for great prices. He even let me know that they put a brand new battery in my bike because it was dead.

They have Anything you want IF what you want is anything pertaining to Seadoos, Indian motorcycles, Can Am, or Polaris products .... It is a very spacious, clean store. They also offer service for mechanical and tire issues. They staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Of course nothing is cheap.... What is that saying? If you have to ask the price you probably can't afford it....

"flat out" don't buy from here, buyer beware!! look at the photo. I tried for hours to get in contact with the manager and time after time he avoided me. When I spoke with a sales person he was rude and made no sense as to why the 6 year old motor bike with nearly 10000 miles is $200 different then 2025 new 1 mile motor bike. BEWARE!!!!

Look at the dirt pouring out of this air filter. I have been dirt riding for 50 years and have NEVER seen an air filter this dirty!

Again, Dave, Steve and Mike worked with me and did everything possible to ensure I had the bike of my dreams.

I've been coming to this business on and off for many years. They used to be a huge dealer for jet…read moreski's, snowmobiles, ATV's and other big boy toy types of fun outdoors items. But over the past few years they seem to now deal more in used, no more new, toys, and inventory has decreased a lot. I assume to fit the volatile market for these types of things. Their service dept has done some repairs to some of my toys in the past, and they did a good job at a fair price. They are located out in the country in the middle of farm field's but have a nice operation with a good repair shop, and nice showroom with lots of accessories for sale. You will notice all the off road toys lined up sitting outside when driving by, making them easy to find, haha. Just pull back their driveway and park. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. They can also send a truck and trailer to pick up tour broken down unit, if you have no way to haul it to them. I think this might be about a $50 fee, which could be negotiable, depending on repairs needed. Not a huge location and not heavily stocked as the large Indy stores, but if you're in the area they're worth checking into. You might find a great deal on the fun off road toy you have been seeking.

I bought a brand-new golf cart in the fall. It has never worked correctly. Tom Wood has come three times to pick it up and redeliver it, but the same problem continues to occur--the cart abruptly stops for no reason, which causes safety issues when driving it. Yesterday, after having my cart for a month and a half (3rd time TW has had it) I was given 3 options, 1) trade in my cart for $9000 which is approximately half of what I paid (ridiculous I know!), 2) wait until they can get around to repair it, or 3) pick it up and bring it do another dealer. Can you believe it? I can't. I have never seen a company run away from a quality defect and take zero blame. They claim Club Car is the worst company in the world; probably true but they are right behind Club Car. It is crazy. This problem happened on the first day they delivered it and has never gone away. I have an email chain with over 80 emails on it. I have called over a dozen times and stopped in several times. They only respond when they feel like it, and you will never get an update on the service work without tracking them down. They do not care about anything but making that initial sale. Tom Wood dumped off my golf cart in my driveway today, with a known safety problem, and said "good-bye and good riddance" to my family. I have attached a pic of the email.

He did this all out of the kindness of his heart and didn't expect anything in return. My family is so grateful for Kurt--he saved our spring break!!
