Even though I don't own a record player, I could've spent forever flipping through the vinyl collection just soaking in the nostalgia. There's something deeply comforting about browsing old records with a cold beer in hand while hiding from the North Carolina humidity. Prices for used books are around the Half Price Books level ($5-10 usually), and they stock a mix of recent releases and modern classics, with some literary classics mixed in. Great non-fiction selection as well, well labeled and easy to navigate. They have a new books section along one wall as well, which seemed up to date with what has been released throughout the past year (with award-winning books or staff favorites noted!). At the time I was visiting, buying one of the new books resulted in 10% off your entire order (nice!). All books are in good condition, and the selection feels very thoughtfully curated--there's none of the lopsided balance towards older or bestselling books which can sometimes happen in used bookstores. I assume this is because they must have developed a robust buy-back program to keep their selection up to date. There's a sister store in Durham, as well, but this one is much bigger and better stocked in my opinion :) Overall, highly recommend!
