The front desk staff is so sweet and welcoming. I've seen Janine for Botox and fillers and I couldn't be happier. She is excellent at listening to what your treatment goals are and always delivers. I've seen Ashley for various laser treatments, eyelash extensions (which are easily the best I've ever seen) and I recently saw her for brow microblading. Wow. Just wow. Like many others I've met, I am a victim of 90's Drew Barrymore over plucked brows that never grew back in. I've tried every brow product on the market and they're all going in the trash. I wake up every day with beautiful, natural looking eyebrows. It's a dream come true. She listened to what I wanted and did EXACTLY what I asked. I feel that I should mention how picky I can be--I once had a hair dresser ask me to please not come back. Ashley is amazing. They need to provide better directions when you call since when I arrived in the lot - I saw a huge sign that says Aesthetica, but the actual door to enter is around the corner from the sign. I actually had to call them since I couldn't find the entrance. Once you find the spot, it is really nice. Definitely feels like an upscale spa. I also wish they'd told me to arrive early since there was about 10 minutes of paperwork to complete. The staff was nice. Joanne did my facial and it came with some type of special hand treatment. My pores are usually really clogged, so I'm not sure I felt that there was enough time spent on extractions. I also thought I'd receive an exfoliating mask, but it seemed like a more general cleansing mask. Overall, I think the facial was good and as a first time customer I received a 15% discount. They also have a nice bag of samples. I'll try them once more before making the decision to continue there or continue my search.
