I've been being serviced by Angela at this location for at least 5-6yrs now! She maintains my natural hair & has helped me progress towards my hair goals. I want my hair back to my childhood length (butt length) and we're about half way there. I don't trust many ppl with my hair but she's got it hands down! There's another young lady Angel that does braids stationed right next to her. I've never experienced her services but have watched her work for yrs now & she's next on my list to try. My sister went there to get two feed-in braids for $50 and she comes back home looking a hot mess and I'm looking like what did the hairstylist do to head. Did a freaky beginner do her hair? Cause the loops were coming out if braids and she didnt slick her hair down good enough. SMH.... After i asked for my deposit back she became very unprofessional and rude no apology was ever given to me and she still kept my deposit then blocked me. Hello! My name is Lynnette and I got my hair done on July 28th 2018 by the great stylist himself Dalonso . I knew nothing about him or how well he does hair. I asked the nice young lady at the front desk prior to my appointment who she would recommend for me to do my over processed and damaged hair. She told me Dalonso was the man for the job and she could not have been more right. I love my new hair cut and I have fallen in love with him. He is very professional, funny, and very talented. I have found my new stylist!!! I give him and the shop 51/2 stars because you all rock!!! Was about to leave when another stylist had a opening so I took it but paying $70.00 for a wash and set was way too expensive and my ends never got trim wash and rod set , but menu prices were different from what I was actually charged won't be back not happy read more

I have to give the salon a 5-Star rating. The salon is a hidden gem. My first visit was this Saturday, Mar 2, 2018, and I don't care if I have to travel from Hyde Park to get there, this is the place I want to take care of my hair. The salon and the professional hair stylists are very impressive. Brittany has found some wonderful employees. I have found the perfect stylist for me in D'Lonzo. Haven't never met him before walking in the door, one isnever sure about what hair stylists can do. The ONLY gripe I have with this salon, is that no one ever answers the phone or the calls are forwarded to one of the stylists who may or may not answer. Anyway, I saw Jacquita as a walk in and I am a client for the long haul as of now! She did an AMAZING job with my hair. I got a sew in and the result was more than satisfactory! The next day I saw Meena(I think that's her name, my apologies if I've gotten in wrong) for my nails. Another amazing and quick experience. I have a standing bi-weekly appointment with her now. $75 for a haircut, and a wash and style. What a rip off. That's the price you pay to get your hair dyed. Not only that but they had me wait about 2 hours to dry my hair. Don't get your hair cut here. They'll misinform you about everything they're doing to you. They robbed me, don't let them rob you too. read more
