At the end after she washed my hair I asked if she had pit bleach, she nodded and said yes! I had to leave so I didn't say anything wasn't able to look at my hair. She bleached it after I had asked for no bleach. My hair was 4 different colors, red,blonde,green, ashy. I called and asked for it to fixed. Not what I had asked for. She did offer to fix it but I went somewhere else. I don't care about the cost. They costumer service was crappy. If you're interested in a sassy, cute and classy look, you can't go wrong with Roshawn or one of the other stylists. The owner, Nik, is such a sweetheart. She rarely has slots available, but if she has an opening, you will not be disappointed. She uses an online booking system and works by appointment only. Meaning, you're typically in and out in 2-2.5 hours (wash and style - eg pixie, overlay, etc). To say I'm a fan is an understatement.
