After close to 2 weeks, no estimate. So I called and was promised formal quote right away. Guess what? No estimate. So I asked their competitors for same. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. I finally needed a new air conditioner, and this company came highly recommended. I got quotes…read morefrom 2 big a/c companies and then I called HomePros. They were over $1000 less than the cheapest big company. I told them that the price was really much lower, what hidden costs will there be? Nope, the price quoted was the all in price, I spoke with Alex and he just explained that they don't believe in price gouging. Great, well the installation crew was professional, shout out to Adrian for an exceptional install. Since the install, I had a couple of things happen, the first was a vibration in the outside unit, which is right outside my bedroom window. They came out the next day, repositioned the vibration pads and it hummed silently. The new unit is a heat pump and runs so quietly, thanks for the recommendation Alex. Finally with the cold weather I needed the heat. There was a problem with the wiring from the factory in the unit. They again came out the next day, but It was a head scratcher, so the owner of the company, Tyler Voss came out to troubleshoot. He isolated the problem, ordered the replacement board had it in 2 days and now my family is now nice and cozy. I normally don't write reviews, but these guys are really hard workers and did I mention beat the price on the big companies that spend for all of the advertising. More service companies in Florida should take the lead from these guys!
