Fred personally installed a new glass battery and we rigged up a connection from our generator to a trickle charger connected the new battery. If I could pick NO stars I would!…read more We hit a deer in the wee hours of the morning, and a patrolman ordered a tow truck before anyone assessed the damage to our truck. After it was apparent that we didn't need a tow, multiple people, including the patrolman called to cancel the tow. They did not answer their phone and so, proceeded to show up. When told that the services were not needed the driver then bullied us into paying him for gas. At first we refused and then he told us that if we didn't pay he would tow us anyway without our permission and that we would then have a bigger problem. We kept refusing and so he threw a fit and pretended that the patrolman could give him permission to tow our truck. The patrolman informed us after we paid (to avoid further problems), that it was in fact illegal for him to bully us into paying and that he would not have been able to tow us without our consent. Is bullying people who are obviously not in a good state of mind a good business practice? Don't think so. They should be ashamed of themselves, and maybe think about answering their phones once in a while.

After Superior Towing got us out of the ditch, the car had a loud ticking sound that wasn't there before the accident so he recommended Precision Auto. Although Jesse couldn't get us in right that day, he allowed us to leave our car there and was able to figure out what was wrong with it. They were super nice, professional, and communicated better than any mechanic shop that I've worked with. They had us over a barrel but didn't overcharge us and was very reasonable. I wish they were closer to home because they would be our new go to mechanic! Definitely would recommend them.

To say I was stressed and rather scared is an understatement. Josh had many jobs to get to but he kept in touch with me, reassured me, and arrived to rescue me earlier than anticipated! I was fortunate to meet the owners at the Elks lodge as I was passing through here in Baker City…read more In conversation I mentioned that I was looking for someone to assist with a tangled winch line, which I thought would require removing the bumper in order to remove the Warn winch in order to remove the winch cover in order to de-tangle the line. *whew* The gentlemen said he might be able to just pull the knot out with his ATV without all that labor and invited me to stop by. It was after 5:00PM, he and his wife hooked my synth line to an ATV and VOILA, pulled the winch line all of the way out for me and saved me so much grief, and obviously some $. I'm grateful to them both. They're genuinely nice folks building this business. It was a pleasure talking to him at the Elks and I can tell he's extremely knowledgeable about all things related to ATV/UTV, service, repair, winching, rope, recovery, rescue, tackle etc. He also had a nifty aluminum snatch ring/soft shackle rated for a rig as big as mine, and I bought one. I like the quality.
