They actually gave us our car back with the dash AWD alert light on so they kept the car for another week to fix that problem. Second shop said they've never seen an alignment this bad ever, & we've been bring our cars to them for the past 4 years. We had to use Legacy Dodge because the power stealing went out and they had to replace. I took photos of the ruined tires that had been riding on the outer rims. I was in the shop and they showed me the 6.0 & 6.4 readings for the alignment while it was on the rack. Owner refuses to take ownership of the problem even after weeks of giving him every single piece of evidence he asked for & we've been forced to obtain a lawyer to get justice because no amount of actual evidence is enough for the owner of Legacy Dodge, who is NOT the same owner as Legacy Ford. We will see him in court, because our experience with them has shown them to be both irresponsible and lacking any semblance of integrity whatsoever. We are contacting Legacy corporate where they get their brand licensing from, & Chrysler too to report this problem. God help anyone who is forced to use Legacy Dodge for their fleet!

Over three years ago I took my Tacoma in after hitting deer needing the grill, front end plastics/headlamps replaced. Well the fog lights they installed never worked since day one, the fender wells are missing screws to securely fasten them down in all the places, the steering wheel was forced back inline without care, there was a tear in the cv boot they missed from the deer hitting it, missing bolts in grill mounts as well. I'm surprised the plastics didn't fall off as I drove away. Long story short, the stoner mechanics made a mess out of my truck going way too fast and half assing everything they fixed on my truck. Their boss was extremely rude as well coming out into the shop demanding my warranty work be put aside, if you don't want the job don't take it. Don't take a job and half ass it all the way through because you're a stoner and lazy and incompetent at your job. NEVER EVER take a vehicle here to get fixed. EVER.

It has only been dealing with the service department that I have struggled. I am writing this review as I am continuing to have the same issues with my truck. It is the Def system that is not operating properly. The issue is when I pull my horse trailer it depletes very quickly. I called this morning to make an appointment to get my truck serviced and to have them check the DEF system. I typically pull my trailer within a 50 mile radius, going short distances and driving without pulling as well. What I have discovered, is when I am pulling my trailer at a distance of about 200 miles one way. I start out with a full tank of depletes before I can get home. When I called I spoke to Jared and he told me that it was "normal "to use more deaf when I'm pulling. Again, I know this and as I proceeded to tell him that this is not normal. There is no way that you should only pull 400 miles and have to fill the tank. If I was rodeoing, I could not drive this truck at risk of being stranded plus not being able to afford the Def. Having this issue is very inconvenient but more than that what upsets me is the attitude of the people in the service department at this dealership. They claim there is nothing wrong and this is normal. They are rude and condescending, and there is no desire to get the problem solved. After reading the other reviews, as long as you're buying the truck, you will be treated with respect and fair however, if you have any work that needs to be done, you better go somewhere else.

Sales staff was your best friend until after the sale. We had issues with the truck once we returned home, was promised multiple times the issues would be taken care of and that the issues were covered by the Ford warranty. We called the Sales Manager many times and many times our calls were not returned as promised. This was mentally challenging and should never have happened thru a "Ford" dealership! We would not recommend first of all driving 400 miles for a "perfect" vehicle nor would we recommend this dealership.

Bo tells me they don't have anything to do with the contracts. Funny thing is the dealership gets paid for them, but they have nothing to do with them? I will never do business with Auto Ranch again. I knew there was a reason why I went to Smith Auto in Weiser, to have all my warranty work done. They understand customer service. Spend $65,000 with Auto Ranch and this is the best they can do. We'll see if screwing someone out of $120 or so is worth it. This certainly isn't my last vehicle, but it damn sure is from you!!

Based on that diagnosis, they offered her only $2,000 for her vehicle as a trade-in and convinced her to purchase a new (used) car that same day. Instead of making things right, the dealership offered her two years of free oil changes. To make matters worse, the vehicle they sold her has already had multiple issues. Our experience left us feeling that they took advantage of an elderly customer who trusted their expertise during a stressful situation. They are a phenomenal dealership with great professionalism, values and friendly service. I was very lucky to be matched up with Samuel Haley as our car salesman. He gave me much excellent advice and explained the 2018 Jeep Renegade thoroughly. I bought the same day! The rest of the team at the dealership are also quite helpful and cheery. Caleb Leuthold was very knowledgeable when explaining the financing, registration and even some driver's license questions I had. I initially was in contact with Thomas Grove, who introduced me to Sam. Thomas is a very gregarious personality and was the reason we decided to drive out to Hometown Motors, he recommended some local sites to see while we were in Weiser. Be sure to stop at the local chocolate shop when you are there for some excellence in-house made treats. See my review for them as well. Sam Haley had just joined the dealership and I was the first car that he sold with them. He is a wonderful person to work with. I would highly recommend seeking him out when you need a new or used vehicle and the scenic drive out to Weiser is not long at all.
