After inquiring about items such as name plate necklaces I was advised that personalized gift items were sold on line. I also inquired about a locket and she was able to show me the one that they had in the store but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. I wish the selection was a little bit better. The customer service seemed prompt and attentive. I'd likely stop in from time to time just to see if they have anything that I like.

She fit the watch to my wrist and when I brought it back the next day I was told I could not return the item because it had been altered. I was not told this when I purchased it I had already bought another watch from Kay online, and when it arrived, I had to return it since they would not take back the other watch. When I went to return the online order, I was told by the staff that I could return the other one, but then they wouldn't except it because it had been worn which I did wear after three weeks of thinking I had to keep it, very unprofessional and completely unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. I do not recommend this location.
