I was charged over 444.00 plus I had to leave my vehicle, so I needed an Uber ride and a rental car in addition to the car repair. Well 3-4 visits after picking up my car and still having a major oil leak still, I had to end up taking my vehicle to the dealer! And I had to pay them to do what URBs claimed they had done. I took my vehicle back several times just to be lied to or blown off about the oil I was continually seeing from my car and having to add oil so I wouldn't blow my motor. I took the receipt to URBs and requested a refund and was told the GM would contact me. Well I am still waiting for the call. Don't waste your money or time going to the URBs location in Cheviot. So disappointed and upset.

Not only did they take good care of me, they also let me know what might need to be done soon and what could be put off a little while. In my case, I needed a timing belt done on my Honda Civic. In the 2005 model, it's a good idea to get the water pump done and save on labor costs later and they also replaced instead of just inspected some of the internals where most places try to cut end costs to the customer there. In the end, their price was more than fair as compared to several other local options. Needless to say, I'll use their services again.
