She…read morealways has time to answer questions and I never feel like she is in a rush to move on to the next patient. The down side of that is it is not too uncommon for her to be running late. I don't get angry about it, though, because I know the reason for that is that she will NOT rush ANY visit WITH ANY patient. Over the course of the day enough people think of additional questions that keeps her busy answering and she just runs behind. I would rather have to wait longer than normal and have her undivided attention for as long as I need it when I do see her. She has never failed to meet that expectation which is why we have been seeing her for over 20 years now I would say. Despite how many patients she might see over the course of a day/week/or month it never ceases to amaze me how she always remembers bits and pieces of what I do for a living and always asks about my wife. Keep in mind that I typically only see her maybe 2-3 times/year. She must have an excellent memory. We feel fortunate to have her as our primary care physician. By and large I would say that all the staff that I have ever dealt with were equally courteous and kind as Dr. Kumar is. I always feel like I am treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness.

I have been a patient here for the majority of my life. I have always had decent care. Even though…read moremy primary physician is Dr. Wells, I was generally seen by Cammie Davis. I have recently become disappointed with this office, specifically, their billing practices. Please check your bills & call if you have questions concerning them. Let me explain. I had a yearly physical on May 4th of this year. During my physical I was asked questions about my health, as most physicals do. I then explained my situation with my back and that I had been diagnosed at the ER with severe sciatica. I explained further that I was struggling with pain and I had gone to chiropractic care, massage therapy and a combination of yoga/strength training. Yet, with all of these things, I still struggled with pain -- I sit at a desk for 8 hours of my day. I believe this plays a huge part in my struggle. I told Dr. Wells that I had requested accommodation for a different chair at work and that my chiro had suggested a ball chair. Dr. Wells asked if I had paperwork for her to fill out, I said yes, and she completed it for me. I then left my appointment. Later, I received a bill in the mail. My physical should have been covered by my insurance. I had been charged for two separate appointments. I called the billing office to see why I was charged for two separate appointments when I was there for one. The woman I spoke with said it was because Dr. Wells went, and I quote, "above and beyond her duties," for me in my physical. Excuse me? Please tell me, am I not supposed to share my ailments with my doctor? Are you not, as a physician, supposed to help? All I see from this is greed. And I find it unfortunate that as a doctor, she could be seen as going above and beyond her duties by signing a piece of paper. And that this signature is worth $108.95! Oh, and by the way, because of her LACK of going above and beyond for me and my request, I was denied a request for a "ball chair" because she failed to provide support as a MD. I hope they enjoy the money. P.S. I agree on a previous review on the receptionist. Be prepared for an attitude. I dread calling the office. P.PS. Pay attention to what you say in your appointment because they can bill you based on what was "discussed". Please see the letter attached. If I had known I would have been charged for bringing up the fact that my back hurt & if I needed to do anything further, etc., I certainly wouldn't have.

After nearly 2 years of calling for an appointment…read morewhen sick or to renew a prescription, I have either been told to go to an urgent care clinic because Dr. Motto is out of the office, on vacation, or that they will have the RX renewed, no problem. This time, I am out of my medication, I sent in for a renewal days ago and was denied until I could make an appointment with the doctor. I called to set one up and was basically told I am SOL since I work through all of their business hours except 1 day and the doc isn't in the office that day. I cannot afford to drag my children and the children I watch into the doctor's office not knowing how long it will take to be seen and risk all 4 of them getting sick and disturbing other patients in the waiting area. In the past, I have shown up for 2 appointments for myself and had to leave after waiting a ridiculous amount of time without being seen. Once, I waited 2 hours before I had to leave to take my 4 month old baby to an appointment because we were both sick. The other time I took a half day off work and would have been considered unexcused had I shown up late and had to leave without being seen. I feel that the physicians at the urgent care clinic are my primary care providers since I have not been seen by Dr. Motto in nearly 2 years. I have called the office and expressed my dissatisfaction with these issues and was met with rude, short excuses and absolutely no solutions to the problems I am experiencing.
