My husband and I racked our brains on ways we could hide/camouflage the cord and we finally decided the best way would be to dig out the mortar between stones and hide the cord that way, running it to the back of the mailbox . Do not let construction start until you have your approved design plans / drawings in hand and have personally inspected cabinets (and other elements) in-person prior to installation. 3. Check to insure that sub-contractors are licensed. 4. Be aware that YOU need to contact inspectors to inspect the work, Pelleco will not do that for you. 5. Safety items: Tile floors can contain cancer causing materials. You need to ensure your home is ventilated with an industrial fan during demolition. 6. A few other notes: A) Pelleco does not use a dumpster. Your home is the dumpster, until they can pick up the garbage. B) A portable outhouse will not be provided by Pelleco. C) You will have to inspect the work and notify Pelleco if something is done incorrectly or missed completely--there is very little inspection of work completed. D) Floors will not be leveled unless you specifically require that before the project begins. E. Workmanship requirements, as listed in ROC are unknown by the contractor and will not be managed to ensure a high-quality installation. F. Pelleco told me repeatedly that I expected perfection. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect the work to be done correctly. I think anyone can see, from the attached photos, that this job was far from perfect. G. Expect to be asked for payment prior to the completion of each phase and the completion of the work overall. Don't fall for this as it will leave you with little leverage to ensure your job is completed and completed correctly. Our job was not completed and warranty items were left to me to repair. Just in case the contractor responds with "changes were made". Every change was done in writing and approved prior to installation. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I email Crosby Home Services and Chris responded within an hour. He was able to come out the same day to look at the job. We discussed what I wanted and he and he gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable. He said he would call me on Friday and let me know when his crew would be able to start. He called on Friday and scheduled the work to begin the following Tuesday. His crew showed up at 7:00am and started putting the wall up. These two guys knew what they were doing. Very professional, answered all of my questions and did a great job. I will call Chris again for future projects. One thing led to another and we eventually did a full bathroom model. Able & Ready had various resources working on the project, including subcontractors. The bathroom was beautiful. But the leak came back. Able & Ready came out and tried to fix the problem but a year later same thing. This is where it gets interesting. ​ The owner came on-site, took full ownership of the situation and said they would tear out the shower and start over. And it's exactly what they did. The shower is even more beautiful than before and the guys were great to work with. I was shocked and amazed that Able & Ready took care of a tear out and rebuild like this. No argument and no problem. It is so rare in this world to find someone who cares and who stands by their work. They've created life long customers in us. I have no hesitation to refer them or have them do other projects for us in the future. They amazed us with their dedication and sincerirty.

When we first moved into our new home in May 2022, we had purchased some storage racks to be…read more installed. We had a hard time finding someone to do this as there was a great demand for handymen. I found Brandon and he got back to us promptly and told us he would be able to do this work in about two days. Brandon came but was a bit late but had called ahead to let us know of his delay. He said the he and his assistant would be able to get both racks up in a few hours. They completed the work and it seemed fine. Two days ago, 8/31/2022, my wife and I heard a crash in the garage. I then discovered after going into our garage that the rack collapsed. After investigating the bracket that came out of the ceiling, Brandon didn't bolt the bracket through a stud but only drilled through the sheet rock in the ceiling. Luckily it didn't crash onto my wife's car as the front end is parked underneath the storage rack. The items on the rack shifted but nothing was damaged. Attempting to have Brandon fix his wrong, I called the number listed for him and his phone is no longer in service. Funny thing is that his website is still up and running. Weird. Don't trust this guy, he does horrible work.

I have used Covenant Tile & Stone for three major projects. The first was laying 24x24 solid…read morelimestone diagonally in our living and dining areas using the pieces with the best fossils in noticeable parts. We also had some mosaic thresholds in joying areas to the solid cherry floors. They installed the concrete board underpayment as well. That was in 2010. The second job was in 2017 with two bathroom and a Landry area remodel. The materials were mostly Italian porcelain including molding. A smoother texture porcelain that looks like limestone with fossils for shower area walls, and about 1 1/2" to 2" naturally flat smooth river stone for shower floors. The grout was all epoxy type which has held up very well. Eg it still looks brand new. They used the Schluter Systems Kerri / Ditra underpayment for this effort plus concrete for the showers. The sub flooring for the whole home is 3/4" marine grade plywood. Excellent system that basically provides a waterproof seal for all three rooms. THe third job just finish in October 2021 was a renovation of our fireplace. We selected a separate company for providing the wrought Iron door and screen. Covenant did all the demolition and installation of travertine stone stack for the wall and hearth face and used the limestone for the hearth top (left overs from the living and dining) job. The work came out outstanding. Ben Baker and his team have a definite proven record with us through over a decade of verity's remodeling jobs using three different types and applications of stone and porcelain. Mug said. While it took a little time to get fit into their schedule because they are a small company with lots of projects, when they got to us the work was done quickly and cleanly. Some of the work we had them do is a few years old now and I can say that their work has stood up over time and still looks great. I would recommend them and will use them again for my tile work.
