I'm not much of a review guy and I hate to trash a business's name, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Lone Wolf Handyman & Landscape Services in hopes that I might be able to save future potential customers the headache and disappointment of severely overpriced and poor quality work. If I could leave zero stars, I most definitely would. We chose to go with Lone Wolf Handyman because of the reviews we saw on Facebook. Unfortunately, our experience with Lone Wolf didn't even come close to the hype. Two weeks after the job many of the edging pavers have already come loose and there are some pretty bad settling issues with the pavers. The artificial grass was just rolled out on top of the existing rock/dirt we had in the backyard with zero underlayment preparation other than some quick raking. The pavers were never compacted with a plate compactor after the installation which probably explains why they're settling so rapidly and unevenly. At the end of the job, we called Michael (owner of Lone Wolf Handyman & Landscape Services) out on the poor work he and his hardscape buddy Randy had done. In his words, he tried to do "make it right" by repairing the work. Unfortunately, the best thing he could have done was give us our money back (minus the cost of materials) and walk away from the job. Michael pinned all of the blame for the poor work on his hardscape pal Randy. I found Michael's finger pointing very odd considering that I watched Michael work side by side with Randy for darn near the entire job. Michael repeatedly told me that it wasn't his work. He also told me that he gave Randy $5,000 for labor and materials and that he only made $900 on the job. I guess I'm supposed to believe that? If you decide to use Lone Wolf Handyman & Landscape Services, please keep keep in mind that Michael is an unlicensed contractor operating under Arizona's "Handyman Exemption". This means that Michael is not legally allowed to take a job over $1,000 including materials and labor. If he does a job and you're not happy with the work, sorry charlie. Every time I step into my backyard and watch Michael's shoddy work fall apart, I'll always be reminded of how bad I got ripped off by Lone Wolf Handyman & Landscape Services. Learn from my mistake. Save your money and go with someone else. Better yet, if you have the time, get on the internet and learn how to do it yourself. You'll save yourself some serious coin and if the work turns out shoddy, there will be no one to blame but yourself.

The trouble was my husband and I wanted to quote repairs before purchasing the house so we could prepare for the cost involved. Since we did not have access to let him in, he was very patient in working with us and estimated some repairs based upon pictures from an appraisal. He even greeted me by name the second time I called him. It made me feel important that he remembered who I was and our prior conversation. He agreed to join us during our walk-through to quote interior repairs and was very cooperative when we had to reschedule since our closing was delayed. There were interior/exterior drywall cracks, along with a ton of maintenance to the yard since the house had been vacant for a year. We wish we had thought ahead to take before and after pictures. The work Michael did was amazing! When our movers came down sick, he even agreed to help us move! They completed the work and it seemed fine. Two days ago, 8/31/2022, my wife and I heard a crash in the garage. I then discovered after going into our garage that the rack collapsed. After investigating the bracket that came out of the ceiling, Brandon didn't bolt the bracket through a stud but only drilled through the sheet rock in the ceiling. Luckily it didn't crash onto my wife's car as the front end is parked underneath the storage rack. The items on the rack shifted but nothing was damaged.
