They charge a 1 time non-refundable fee and in return they will set you up with a companion. They supposedly do back ground checks and also verify / check for references. Should you require another companion in the future, wether it's to permanently replace the original or fill in for while one is on vacation, they will set find another one for you-provided they have 2 weeks notice. I chose to use them because their companions offer services for significantly less money than other agencies. I find the owner and her employee very rude, abrubt and almost nasty. When I call them for assistance, I feel they don't want to be bothered and that's after they call you back - there call back time has been known to vary from 10 minutes to 4 days. If you are financially capable, I suggest using another agency. It will cost more but at least they'll pretend to care.
