At Giorgio's, you're in the best hands. All aspects of Giorgio's are topnotch, from the staff to the food to the grounds to the atmosphere. Giorgio's performance left us speechless, as well as our guests. Everyone enjoyed the most delicious food and drinks. Their menu is extensive, offering options for everyone. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring everyone had a good time and an even better dining experience. Every expectation we had was exceeded! While we knew Giorgio's would make everything incredible, we were still blown away. We appreciate everyone's hard work and attention to detail in making our wedding day truly memorable!

I agree, I should be refreshing this cocktail .

The COVID-19 virus has brought on to us a new challenging way to live our day to day lives. One of the challenging milestones are planning weddings. In general, weddings require an extensive inventory of merchants that all have drastically experienced the effects of the pandemic. Overall, it has been an arduous challenge to plan a wedding in the past two years. The wedding I attended at Giorgio Baiting Hollow was prepared in a magnificent arrangement. The entire staff, especially the caterers provided a safe and delightful venue. The scenic location of Giorgio's has picturesque views of the water, encompassing plants and flowers, along with its absolute blend of indoor and outdoor settings. The location also overlooks a stunning golf course that is brilliantly designed. Giorgio's is a special place to have a wedding, or any merriment event. I absolutely recommend Giorgio's of Baiting Hollow.

I cannot say enough good things about my wedding at Giorgio's. This is a family owned place that really really cares about the people they're taking care of. From 7am-1am I felt like I was in the best hands. Their staff are polite, hands on, and treat you like family. Jean was my morning attendant and helped us out with our breakfast & getting ready and then again when we went to pick up our stuff the next day. She is so sweet and great to work with! Brianna was my attendant for the rest of the night and let me tell you, you can trust her with your life. She kept us on schedule and makes sure that nothing will ruin your day, and even when something goes amiss as it always does, she'll make sure you have no idea it happened . They also provided shuttle drivers to and from our hotel blocks. They were polite and one of them even made sure my 89 year old grandfather got to his room safely with his walker! The food was A+ but anyone that has ever heard about Giorgio's knows that they serve quality food that goes beyond other catering halls! I had friends and family come up to me to tell me how much they loved that everyone working there did so much for us and they wish they had that experience where they chose to get married at. One thing I do wish I did as a bride, was to be apart of rehearsal. I messed a few things up because I wasn't really aware of what was going on but it didn't ruin anything either. So if that's important to you, definitely let them know you want to take part. Other than that, from booking to end of the night, the entire team made us feel so special and we will be forever grateful for that!

Just had our reception here and it was perfect. The place is beautiful. The grounds are breathtaking. The food is the best on the island!! And the workers go above and beyond for you. Ashley, the banquet director, was very understanding and easy to deal with during this whole covid craziness of having to postpone our wedding twice...she was always there with quick replies to our questions and concerns. On the day of our wedding, Joe, the maitre'd, brought laughs and life to the party and made everything run so smoothly. And Bree, the bridal attendant, made me feel like a princess the whole day! You will not regret booking here. We loved everything.

This place requires a non-FDA approved vaccine for entry into certain events. (This vaccine is only approved for emergency use). If no vaccine it requires you spend money on a COVID test when you have no symptoms. Choose another establishment that isn't part of the problem and fear mongering.

Bride, Brianna, maid of honor, Kaelyn, and the best bridal attendant, Brianna!
    Kaelyn G.

I was the maid of honor at my sisters wedding on 9.24.22 and it was the most perfect and beautiful wedding. ALL the staff from waiters and waitresses, bartenders...there was someone at Giorgio's for any little thing you can think of. Brianna was the bridal attendant and let me just say, she is the most hard working, kind hearted, most professional human being there is. She along with Nick and many others made the night so seamless that we were able to enjoy every second of it. I would recommend Giorgio's and especially Brianna to anyone looking for a venue. Thank you all for such a memorable night!

We have done Easter/Mother's Day brunch at tons of restaurants before, but never Giorgio's. We came here on Easter Sunday this year and we were blown away. The food was INCREDIBLE, service was EXCELLENT and the experience was MEMORABLE! Joe, who ran the event, made sure to greet every single guest and wished everyone a Happy Easter (he also worked a family party I attended at Giorgio's in January and he is truly a remarkable, friendly person). I've never seen so many different food & dessert options: cotton candy, popcorn, full served ice cream, cookies galore, French toast station, omlettes, you name it! My family was so impressed that we booked Mother's Day brunch there. I can honestly say this will be our new brunch spot for holidays and we can't wait to make memories here! Thank you!!

I waited to right this review until the end of the party. Well everyone, I can truly say with 100% certainty, that Giorgio's is truly over the top. From the start, valley service perfect. The cocktail party was probably the best that I've ever been to. They had sushi, sesfood gra Diablo, beef short ribs, mussels, pastas, cheeses and so much more. It was all so perfect and fresh. For dinner, we had a choice of stuffed fillet (they have you 2) roasted duck, chateu briand, chicken, vegitarian dish. Each dish was outstanding with plenty to ready. Now the service, I have never seen any better. I literally watched the staff control the entire room throughout the evening seeing to everyone's needs. A glass had broken on the dance floor and within a minute, they swarmed over it and it was all cleaned up. Truly amazing. Special kudos to our server Stephen...he was outstanding in all aspects of his service. He was on 100% of the time. This IS the place to have your next affair....seriously! I'm a believe.

The staff behind the desk not only helped me make sure that everything would be ready for us before our stay, but were very kind and accommodating to our requests during the trip. Rooms are nice for the most part, but oddly lacking in the overhead lighting they provide, so hopefully anything you need to get ready for doesn't require too much illumination. Otherwise the rooms are comfortable, albeit a bit on the smaller side but large enough for a short stay. Parking is decent in the attached lot, but getting out can be a little rough since it's right along a main road. Additionally, it's within earshot of the racetrack, which can be quite noisy during the day, but was no issue by the time we got back at night. Breakfast is also served in the mornings and they offer a good variety and decent quality, but nothing to write home to mom about, but I've certainly had worse too. Overall, I'd be glad to stay here again if I find myself needing a night or two out east.

Right off this entry room is spacious restrooms. Now it is time for the cocktail hour and may I say you will be very pleased. You name it, it is yours. Fresh fruits, vegetables, salads galore, charcuterie platter , guacamole, chips and so on and so on. I didn't visit the hot meats, seafood or pasta stations but I did notice many guests were enjoying their selections. There were countless servers coming from every direction with a variety of delicious hors d'oeuvres. Seriously, it went on non-stop for an hour. There was a very large bar serving excellent drinks that never stopped. Hopefully everyone left decent tips! The staff worked very hard, constantly moving, cleaning and serving with a smile. It was wonderful to see the young community taking pride in their work. They are truly an asset to this establishment! Great job young adults! Ok so now the wedding reception. Like no other wedding reception my husband and I have ever experienced. The reception room was very large and beautiful. Gorgeous flooring and lighting fixtures. So grand and please don't but you could eat off the floor. It was very comfortable to walk around and a very spacious and open dance floor. Fast foward the main course and dessert. Again the staff was perfection. Constantly asking if anyone would care for a cocktail and always serving with a smile. The salad and main course was beautifully platted and served on a timely fashion. A few guests commented that the portions were a little small but after that cocktail hour who really needed a large meal. Some guests also weren't completely pleased with their main course. Managers and staff walked around and asked guests if there was anything that needed to be addressed so I'm sure it was rectified swiftly. I was completely satisfied with the salmon I ordered so no complaints here! And then here comes the desserts. OMG, again you name it! My nephew spared no expense. From the main wedding cake to the mini ice cream cones everything was delicious. This was a spectacular wedding and East Wind was a big part of that success. We had a great time! East Wind is convenient to get to and has a very large parking lot. They also offer accommodations at the Inn and Spa at a reasonable cost. Myself and my family highly recommend The Estate at East Wind for a spectacular wedding!!

And if a family or friend invites to you to play, I never say no. The Vineyards Golf Course is a beautifully designed course that easily blends in with its surroundings. The course has three set of tee boxes which we chose to play the back tees of course. Why??, well because the young men I was playing with can drive ball 300 yards plus and sometimes on the fairway. It sure did not help my game when I attempted to drive the ball the distances they seem capable. I found the Vineyards golf course challenging with its rolling fairways, protected by large meandering sand bunkers, false fronts and hazards. We had a windy day that played in our favor on some holes and others which easily challenged us. The par-3 holes were a variety in length, direction and difficulty. The secondary roughs had fescue grasses and in some cases we were lined up along a corn field farm. Vineyards was much more challenging than I anticipated, but I very much enjoyed the course and would love to play there again before the season ends.
