Horrible care. Daytime staff were great, but the evening staff did not care. The call light would…read morego unanswered for a long time--no staff at the nurse station. Night staff on the 7th floor was horrible. The patient chair in the room was broken; as a result, if you sat down, the chair would roll back, which could cause a person to fall to the floor. The mechanisms on the chair did not work. The toilet did not work, the room was nasty and dirty, and the staff did nothing to keep the room comfortable. The tray tables were extremely heavy; you could not roll them because the rollers were broken. Again, the equipment is not working. The tubing on my drainage tube kept breaking and would go all over my bed. This happened so many times, and they could not fix it. Yet this is a state of the art hospital I would not recommend anyone ever going there I hope this state of the art hospital cleans it act up. As long as I was there, no bath; was told I could not have a shower; call light was put on a bedside table, away from the bed and out of my reach. I was told I needed to tell them (staff) what I wanted them to do to make me comfortable--no compassion at all, and certainly no empathy. Night staff was an absolute nightmare. I was unable to get any staff to walk me through the hall, even though I was told I needed to get up and walk. I had one assist and was told I could not get out of bed without help. This whole stay was an awful nightmare for my family and me. This review is for the hospital night staff, not the doctors on duty. They were fantastic and had difficulty communicating with the night staff.

She didn't make eye contact, and made everything feel awkward. Don't get me started on testing me for strep! It was by far the worst exam I've had. So bad, that when she stepped out, I called to get in somewhere else. I also felt cheated that I still had to pay for the "exam." I understand these kids have to start somewhere, but she needs to work on her bedside manner. In my opinion, based on her interactions with me, I really don't think she's ready to actually be seeing patients. I'll go to Fast Care again- but I think I'll drive farther to go to the Frandor location.

She also sat down next to me and explained every medication and she answered all of my questions. The wait time was minimal about 15 minutes which was less than my quoted time. If anybody ever needed to go to an urgent care I would definitely recommend fastcare.

There is no way of knowing if the referral has been processed. In my case I have severe inflammation that has caused me to stop my volunteer work, my daily routines, and my public commitments. I know the physicians are not at fault but this should have been anticipated. There are no suitable excuses if you're in pain or have impending treatments for major medical issues delayed.

She got covid while she was in due to them not taking proper protocol for washing in and out of the rooms. No masks were being worn during this time, letting people in and out of rooms with no masks. Not making people gown up with the virus. The whole place ended up with Covid. People without covid left in the same room as the person with covid. These are our seniors; they need to be taken care of, not left alone to tend to themselves. It is a shame our mom had to get care here! Just now noticing a major rash under her breast from not properly being cleaned or dried. The staff make promises that they can't keep. The staff are rude. There were some that were amazing and helped but the rest of them were rude or wouldn't assist. Mom complained of waiting long times for the call light to be answered and when they did answer they told her not to do that again. That they would be around when they can get it her. They weren't giving meds when they were supposed to, so she was always in pain. Now we don't think she will be around much longer. Another thing, things are dropped on the floor only to be used again. Never wiped off or taken care of. When you talk to administration, they tell you that they are a 5-star place, and they take pride in the place. I have to laugh because this place is not a 5-star place!!!!!!!!!!! I…read morewas called into the exam room within ten minutes and my total visit was less than 45 minutes from walking into the building until I opened the door to my vehicle. From the receptionist to the nice lady who gave me my "walking papers", everyone I met there was personable, cheerful and efficient. Kevin, the Medical Assistant didn't just ask questions and enter data like so many medical professionals these days. He actually allowed himself to be engaged in some conversation with me. That's a nice touch. Dr. Sina was warm and friendly during his examination and thoroughly explained everything that he was doing. My rib soreness actually was eased by his artful manipulations. I apologize for not remembering the receptionist and check-out lady's names but they were also out-of-the-norm staffers that I have not normally encountered in urgent care facilities on a Sunday morning. Sparrow is doing something right in their training methods and I'll be sure to mention my experience to others.

I was so busy that I did not have time to do this and paid the whole bill, then forget about it. They sent me 2 separate bills, which was a bit confusing to me, but I paid both. About a year later, Sparrow contacted me and asked to file a claim for me, which I thought was really nice of them. After my insurance went through, they sent me another bill, claiming that they never charged me for it, so I ended up having to pay even more! I graduated and moved home that year, and I thought since I already paid them, I did not keep the bills that I got previously, so I don't remember what was on the 2 bills that I got right after the visit. However, I believed I was double charged because it is weird enough for them to bill me after a year, but it is even weirder for me to have to pay more after my insurance paid for part of it. I'm glad I'm home and don't have to come here ever again.
