I have not been able to get out of bed for four days due to the massive headache that I had. Amy Cohagen DO was compassionate and gave me exactly what I needed to be on the mend. Antibiotic steroid but the magic was in the headache medication that she ordered for me. Within a few short hours, I was able to get out of bed and begin to have life normal again Keep in mind, had been to the ER the night before and was still desperate to get rid of my headache. She immediately ordered a biopsy of the area and pushed the process through so it would happen quickly. After having a CT scan and PET/CT scans I was diagnosed with cancer. The biopsy had also shown cancer. If it had not been for Dr. Smith Silone, who knows the outcome? She went above and beyond for me and my health. I have never had a doctor in my many, many decades of life that has given me better care. She is an outstanding doctor and deserves many accolades and praise for possibly saving my life. The cancer road ahead may be long, so the outcome is still inconclusive. Dr. Smith Silone has assured me that she will be following the case along with the oncologist she has referred me to as I walk through the treatment. I think that's pretty impressive and unusual. If you ever need a gynecologist who is outstanding and really cares about her patients, then she is definitely the best choice!

Last year they got pushed a month before I could get them, which I had to schedule 3 months out. This time I tried to follow up knowing they don't do what they are supposed to. It was denied because they didn't put the necessary information in the notes. Called to ask about it when I recieved the denial letter. Was told I would get a call back. Had to send a message through my chart to get a nurse that can answer my questions to respond on my chart. Was told an appeal was being filed. Called my insurance the next week to follow up on the appeal. Turns out they never filed it. Had to message on mychart again to get anyone to respond. Got a call back from the case manager telling me it is out of compliance for filing an appeal and they waited too long to do it. She has to call the insurance to see how to handle it at this point. Tried to follow up on it. The nurse transfered me to billing mid sentence while talking to her. Started to tell the person at billing what was going on and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I'm finding a new office. Also, Dr Anand barely spends 5 minutes in the room with you. When you go to try to ask a question he is already half way out the door.​

I went in for a free consult, they encouraged me to try out contact lenses for monovision. It…read moredidn't feel like pressure at all. I did the contact, then returned for lasix. They offered medication to relax you if you feel like you would have anxiety. The procedure was so quick, literally less than 5 minutes. There was no pain, I didn't even think it was uncomfortable as others have reported. Maybe a bit awkward as they place the suction on your eyes. But there is no pain. Others have said that lasix is scary, and I really didn't feel that way at all, I guess there is a moment when you get under the laser and you have no idea what to expect or if you will feel anything. But the bladeless laser cuts your cornea, and they switch you over the lasix is like 30 seconds. Then they put drops in and send you on your way. Your vision is instantly different. I didn't experience the light sensitivity people talk about. Also people have said they were miserable after the surgery. I will say about an hour after, I just kept my eye closed, because it was watering so much, since they gave me medicine it made me tired, so I did take a nap, during that time it did feel irritable scratchy and watery. Then woke up and like night and day felt like almost nothing had happened. They have you wear the guard at night and have to put some drops in but you are literally back up and running the following day. It is honestly amazing. The staff were kind and courteous. I think the price was extremely reasonable, and ended up being 100 less than they originally quoted me. So I could not be more pleased. Would recommend this 100%.

When I got out of the chair and started walking out, the dental assistant yelled "good luck finding a dentist that won't take x-rays"...who says that??? It's your body, not theirs, don't let them pressure you into anything that you don't want...and btw, found a holistic dentist that wouldn't do x-rays every single time I go for a cleaning.
