Unless you are willing to risk being socially isolated, mentally anguished, emotionally traumatized, in discomfort and toothless, find another provider. Also they will block you on Facebook if you leave a negative review. Save yourself the embarrassment and trauma and go to another provider.

You do not treat a customer that way despite how annoyed you are! It is their job to serve their customers. Gracie, the other desk worker, also hung up on us and we had to call back. When we finally were able to give them the credit card (since they had already hung up twice) she said nothing else and hung up. Not even a goodbye. They just don't want to deal with their customers. We have never felt so unvalued as paying customers who had given them HUNDREDS of dollars. This place is unorganized, dishonest, and flat out rude. Take your business anywhere else but here.
