She is so nice and greets you with a genuine smile. I am disabled and Cindy made accommodations for me. During the test, Cindy made sure I was comfortable and checked on me to see if I was doing okay. Cindy treated me with dignity and respect. You can tell she enjoys her job and cares about the patients.

It had BEEN RECALLED due to silicone on the needles and that was left behind after Injections and caused permanent floaters that the DR TOLD ME THEY WERE ONLY TEMPORARILY THERE. LIES. They are permanent... this facility is a cattle call facility. Doing Medicare fraud by doing needless treatments. That's a fact. As they wanted to do several different things... Never addressed my cataracts! Or reduced vision!... I ened uo going to JULES STEIN at UCLA? THE BEST decision I ever made.. I can see clearly now? He gave me different types of drops that nobody else ever bothered giving me. My eyes feel almost normal now. A doctor that is knowledgeable and truly caring is hard to find these days. From their welcoming/friendly attitudes, to their efficiency and helpfulness, they exhibited excellence in all they do. I can't say enough about Dr. Stevens - great understanding of how to foster Patient/Doctor relationships. I had some concerns regarding past vision problems (and potential future issues as well) which he took the time to address very thoroughly. He also provided a plethora of medical insight regarding LASIK vs PRK procedures (which was super helpful). His exam rhythm, vocal tone and quick wit humor throughout my visit - too cool for school! The various eye testing offered and provided was very impressive, as was the detailed review of these results provided by Dr. Stevens. I left FVC with a feeling that my vision was in very capable, very caring hands. Kudos to all!
