A fellow patron informed me that their baby back ribs and key lime pie were amazing. So naturally, I had to order the ribs for my lunch. I also ordered the brisket sandwich with smoked potatoes and collard greens. The meats were very flavorful and tender. The collards were salty and delicious. I think my favorite would have to be the smoked potatoes. I'm not sure how they do it but they have a wonderfully infused smoky flavor. All in all, this is a wonderful family business and I can't wait to come back to try more!

The meat alternative was delicious! It was a "meat" made from Hibiscus flowers. The owner was very kind to explain her concept and how she made the meat. It's dried hibiscus flowers soaked in their own juice. The meat comes out like a soft jerky, and it was delicious! The tacos were amazing! Very flavorful!
