The ambiance has always been good with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It can be tricky to snag a good parking spot here since it's a busy plaza though. In terms of service, some of the staff could use more training in their customer service skills. They are very shy, soft-spoken, and standoffish. I've had to ask multiple workers to repeat their questions to me 2-3 times due to a volume issue with the staff. Regardless, I really enjoy going to CAVA and will be visiting this location again.
