I needed a bag to be fixed, the handle had come off & my Fanny packs zipper had broken. Greeted with a warm welcome, she looked at my two pieces and with honestly recommended what I should do. She recommended I simply purchase a new Fanny pack because it'll cost more to fix and then proceeded to fix my bag, took no longer that 10 minutes. She also didn't charge me for the simple fix and has said I could tip her if id like. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had been going to this place for years without a problem but it seems they've changed ownership now. I took several items to get altered and all of them were done terribly. Hems cut too short, uneven, and with different stitching than the original. I didn't even get an apology or an attempt to fix their mistakes. Instead, they were rude and told me that that is what I asked for. One of my dresses was hemmed about 4 inches too short. How do you mess that up?? They even made me pay. Now I had to pay double to take the dress to another shop and had to add extra fabric at the bottom to make it wearable. Not to mention they are still holding a pair of my pants and have not attempted to fix them. I asked them to show me options to replace the pleather elastic band on a pair of evening harem pants and instead they took the liberty to replace it with what they thought would work without even asking. Their excuse was that "everyone likes this". As if I'm the one to blame for not liking the bare elastic band that they sowed into my pants. Needless to say I will never be returning. Please don't waste your time and money. They will ruin your clothes. read more

Don't bring your clothes here. I needed my compression garments adjusted and Anna ruined them she did a poor job and used terrible judgment so I ended up driving there 3 different times paid over $100 and the garments were ruined. even after I told her that the job she did was uneven and how uncomfortable the straps were she still wanted to charge me another $30 to fix it. She didn't measure it correctly. She didn't care about me as a customer and I felt that she took advantage of me. I came to this place on a Thursday to drop off my sons homecoming suit pants to be hemmed. I was told to come back the following day BUT instead came back Saturday. Once I was there the lady COULDNT find my sons pants!!! And then asked me to come to the back to look for them myself!!!! I also couldn't find them! She called who I assumed was the owner and told her she couldn't find the pants. After abt 5 mins of looking around she found the pants in the exact same bag I dropped them off in!!!! At that point I asked for a refund and was told to come back Monday! I told her I didn't want to come back Monday and wanted a refund right away! After she refused I told her I was calling the police and she said do u want me to cry abt it?!!!. I walked outside to call the police and noticed I left my keys inside as I was LOOKING FOR MY OWN ITEMS. I walked back inside to get my keys to find the lady closing the shop! I mean Turing off the lights and gathering her things!!! I stood at the door and asked are you closing?! The police are coming and can you believe this woman PUSHED ME!!!! Multiple times!!!! And then walked outside of the business screaming call the police please someone help me!!! And I was shocked because SHE PUSHED ME!!!!! By the time the police came the owner pulled up and the police were able to get her to issue a refund! I would NEVER do business with this place again or recommend anyone else to! read more

I love this establishment I wear suits and I only get them tailored here, my ripped my pants in the middle of going to a very important business meeting and I stopped by for and emergency patch and Ana gladly helped me out and I was on my way in 10mins very kind hearted woman and very helpful and resourceful! Do not go to this lady unless you want your clothes ruined!! Terrible customer service. I brought a Gucci skirt in to get fixed in the waist and wanted to make sure that the stitching stayed the same. It has a unique stitching and Dora assured me not to worry but when I came back it was totally ruined. Dora said she never told me that the stitching would stay the same she also took off the tag and it was left uneven. She is very rude and unprofessional. Run away! Terrible tailoring and alterations; even worse service; and they're crooks. To screw up three out of five designer pieces, "Dora" (which isn't her real name), overcharged us and refused to correct both the amount charged and the crappy work. How hard is it to sew a hem straight or put matching buttons on a shirt. Couple that with being a mean-spirited harpy, and you've found "Dora's alterations."
