The phone had been working just fine, and I only wanted to be proactive in getting it fixed. Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.

I needed a battery changed on my iPhone. When I got there they didn't have a battery to replace it with. This despite knowing three days in advance that they needed one for this model. Then I hit a text an hour before my appointment reminding me to come in...to replace the battery I need that they didn't have. So..they wanted my time. Though they offered to order the battery and fix the phone in four additional days. The good news is they gave my a referral to store they solved my problem the same day.

I don't appreciate being lied to. Many other trespasses I can overlook, but being lied to deserves a review. He tells us that he has won't give us a refund. My girlfriend was on the phone with the guy explaining the whole thing in a calm manner. He then proceeded to say "shut up bitch" and hung up on her. He called back and said he's called security and the police and we will be kicked out. We never got a refund and they kept the case we wanted to return. All the worker(who doesn't speak good english) could say is "I just work" I've never written a review but I would never go here and they should be shut down if that's how they treat customers.
