He quickly prepared an estimate and explained everything thoroughly. Roland showed up on time - (He was there when he said he would be) even letting me know he was in his way 45 minutes out. He said he would repair our existing doors on one garage then install a new door on a small barn. Then he said he would not repair the existing doors. He claimed the door opening built by the barn contractor was completely wrong and offered to have his friend fix it for $1,800. Instead the barn contractor added a 2x4 at the header and boxed out the sides a bit for free. Roland tried to pressure me in to proceeding with him. He said he misquoted the job and lowered the price by a thousand dolalrs. After having met with him twice and spending a lot of time texting I had no way of knowing what he was and wasn't go to do so I went with a different company.
