But anything outside of the semi-annual cleaning sends me into a fit of anxiety. I started coming to Frankenbery Johnson over ten years ago. My son and I both come to this clinic. My son is on the autism spectrum and has a hard time with new sensations or noises. Our dental hygienist, Lisa, is fantastic. She explains everything to him before she does it and allows him to feel each machine with his fingers while it's making a noise so that he knows what to expect. Dr. Rohr is probably the best dentist I've had in my entire life. She's patient with both me and my son and seems to remember personal details. At one point I had a reaction to the medication injected into my gums to numb me and she knew exactly what the problem was and talked me down. I never felt a thing after that. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

They've got a vast waiting room with water bottles and coffee free to you while you wait but my wait to be honest have never been long enough for me to actually enjoy those amenities. After you're done with the visit help yourself to some free cookies which I think is a great touch. My little brother used to hate the dentist when he was younger but here, he hates it a little less cos there's cookies.

After administering the anesthesia I told her that I still had feeling in my tooth. She said I wasn't being honest and said that she would wait 5 more minutes, then she was going to get started. When she came back, I told her I still had feeling. She used the water sprayer to check and I said that I can still feel the ice cold spray. She said it wouldn't be that bad and proceeded to drill my toothed and fill it anyway. It was miserable. I cried the entire time and she told me I was lying about the pain in order to get more medication. I tell everyone that I see that she is a disgrace to the profession. I wIll never go here ever again and you shouldn't either. Whenever I see their stupid commercials and I see her speaking about patient care I am enraged all over again. AVOID this place if you are military!…read more I'm a military spouse and about a year ago, prior to moving to another base (therefore needing treatment as soon as possible), I needed dental work done. I called for an appointment and explained that I was unsure of how my Tricare coverage worked, but found this office through the Tricare database. After they checked my insurance by phone, I went to this office for a consultation, and scheduled an appointment for a treatment a month later. 3 days prior to my treatment, I was called and told that my coverage was denied and that I had to pay the full consultation bill. The staff claimed that I was the first military spouse they had since new Tricare changes and that they were misinformed by my insurance. After some back and forth, they determined I was still responsible. After paying the bill, I was asked to remove my initial review on Facebook. However. I want other potential clients to know how this office handles issues when they are the ones at fault. They take zero responsibility. Less than a week later I was able to get into another office with no problem so I'm not sure where the confusion was here.

I was immense pain and stressed about not getting in somewhere until Monday. I was also stressing the 1-2 weeks of dealing with a temporary. To make matters worse, my 3 kids were off school for conferences and I don't know anyone to watch them. I called WFD at 7:30 on Friday morning. They told me to get there as fast as I can and they'd help. I walked in with my 3 rowdy boys and they fit me right in. I was shocked to find out they have the technology to make the replacement crown in the office. They replaced my crown within 3 hours and helped entertain my kids. I'm sure they were a bit annoyed with the kids, but they never made me feel that way.

Because of some specialty care in past years, Dr. Brick Scheer was no stranger. I decided for a second opinion on prescribed procedure. After having a second look, the decision was made to switch to the "experience" of age. Everyone has the need to gain experience in their profession, however, Un-necessary work is an Alarm. Yes...
