Booking appointments is very difficult. I rescheduled several appointments in advance due to illness and work schedule changes. Now they will not book services in advance for me. I have to call on a daily basis to book an appointment. That is not doable because of my work schedule. They would not consider my circumstances and so I am moving to another dentist. The latest problem is that they will not transfer my records to new dentist even though I sent the paperwork they required over a month ago. I would not recommend this service provider at all. Which seemed a reasonable question. She steered me to this practice and I have been a very satisfied patient for years. I have had my share of restorations, a few crowns, a gold onlay restoration (which I understand is a technically more difficult and less commonly done, but it was extremely well performed and has served me very well), and my routine exams and prophylaxis visits. All of the staff is courteous, helpful, accommodating, and skilled. I could not imagine going anywhere else, unless Dr. B. directed me to do so (needed a root canal and an implant along the way), and he coordinated my treatment with the Endodontics and Oral Surgeon in those two instances, so I did not feel abandoned by optimally cared for. Once the referral work was done Dr. Bengston resumed my care and the final restoration was completed wonderfully.
