All of his equipment is state of the art; for example, all the radiographs he takes are digital (better images with much less X-ray radiation). The chairs in his new office are better than any other I've sat in - big, comfortable chairs that massage you, making the experience more calming and pleasant. Dr. Ray and his staff are very friendly and kind - they are always helpful in scheduling appointments around school. I am a dental student myself, so I can say from experience that Dr. Ray is a fantastic dentist. All his equipment, materials, and procedures are current, and he is great at explaining what procedures need to be done and why. I could get all of my dental care provided by my school free of charge, but I still choose to drive back from Boston to NH to see Dr. Orzechowski because he does such excellent work. They told me it wasn't a big deal to do X-rays while pregnant. They just made me feel uncomfortable. I would have felt better if they put me in a room and had a medical professional talk to me about it instead of being turned away at the desk by the receptionist.

She is very good at pulling them out of their shell and getting them to relax while having fun with them. My husband and I see Dr. Blackwelder and he is wonderful. We love that he is primarily concerned with overall health rather than the cosmetic side of things. He doesn't push whitening or braces for adults, etc. He just makes you feel comfortable and if your mouth is healthy, you're good to go. The staff is super friendly and always remembers who you are. Received the bill and there was a $39.00 charge for fluoride application. Called their office and left a message saying there was no in office application but would be happy to pay for the fluoride packet/materials. They called back 6 days later and claimed I received the fluoride application in office and the packet I received was an "extra", which was not true. Won't be going back to this provider.

I have been a patient for 20+ years, directed to Dr. Bengston by another dentist. That dentist was…read morenot taking new patients, so I asked, "Who is your dentist?" Which seemed a reasonable question. She steered me to this practice and I have been a very satisfied patient for years. I have had my share of restorations, a few crowns, a gold onlay restoration (which I understand is a technically more difficult and less commonly done, but it was extremely well performed and has served me very well), and my routine exams and prophylaxis visits. All of the staff is courteous, helpful, accommodating, and skilled. I could not imagine going anywhere else, unless Dr. B. directed me to do so (needed a root canal and an implant along the way), and he coordinated my treatment with the Endodontics and Oral Surgeon in those two instances, so I did not feel abandoned by optimally cared for. Once the referral work was done Dr. Bengston resumed my care and the final restoration was completed wonderfully.
