I came to the office at my schedules time on my scheduled day.... all the lights are out NO ONE is there. I call the office no one is picking up. I see one car parked in the back so I knock on the back door no one opens up the door. I actually took off from work to come to this appt and their business wasn't even open. Thats pretty bad. STAY Away and make sure you never take off work to come here for an appt they may decide to not open up for buisness that day. Very poor buisness practice and I will not return. I understand that schedules can be full, but there is no reason to treat potential patients with disrespect. Professionalism and courtesy should be expected from anyone representing a medical office. This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope the office addresses how patients and families are spoken to in the future.

So instead of trying to rasp my way thru explaining I had my mom call and she got me right in. Dr. Wilson I saw and she was great. Just a little enamel (oh it's fun getting old) and she polished it and I was good to go. Nice clean place, perfect location, pretty office, and quick to be seen. The hygienist was patient and kind and made jokes to ease the process of dental X-rays, which were notoriously hard for me. He worked quickly and efficiently and updated me each step of the way. Dr. Wilson is sweet, kind, and compassionate and took the time to listen to my concerns and ask questions. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Wilson. The office was clean and comfortable and had TVs in each room so patients could customize their music or viewing choices. The front desk staff were kind and friendly and made the whole check-in/check-out process painless.

I was politely greeted and filled out all intake information with the 2 front desk girls. They were professional and kind. I then met with hygienist Hazel who took her time cleaning my teeth, was very gentle and afterwards had a brief consult with me about flossing more to avoid plaque build up. The other hygienist Gloria was very welcoming and kind as well. Dr. Jacob entered the room and was extremely friendly and bubbling with a great sense of humor. He consulted with me about the enamel stains I've had on my two front teeth since a child. This is the first time a dentist has suggested an alternative to invasive porcelain veneers.
